Adding shims to snug the gear bore should work ok. .010 isn't a big difference anyway.

You might get a response if you post on the Buy/Sell for Mikron change gears. Or someone here might respond with an offer of change gears. List the pitch, face width and key size to maximize the chances. Someone might have a box full of gears and not know they were for a Mikron.

.729 pitch diameter is correct, but the blank would normally be 0.771 OD. The 0.800 OD still should give you good looking teeth, although the pressure angle would look larger (14.5 might look more like 20 deg for instance).

Tooth depth is 2.25/NDP, or 0.047.

When you say "sorta looks like a gear", can you describe it? Did you count the teeth and verify 35? That's very important at this time to make sure that 16:1 is the right index for the machine.

Also, is it possible that the 132 machine has a differential? I don't think so, but I can't be sure. That could explain why it looks better without feeding - a differential with change gears would try to make it helical, and I think that the index constant is "dual", meaning that index is different on Mikrons when differential is engaged.

I'm getting ahead of myself here. Best thing to do is to check the machine over for looseness, backlash, missing or stripped keys, etc. Is the machine under power? Does it make any strange noises, clicks, etc?

Oh yeah, what direction is the feed in? Hobbing direction, at least for now, should be in the direction to oppose cutting forces.
