Yes it is a #3. I doubt if they made 2 different diff but it is driven by "D" index gear so it could be lead/2.5. You would have to experiment by calculating for lead/5 and if it is wrong you could double a drive gear in the diff. If they did have different ratios you will have trouble figuring it out. We don't use the diff because it isn't that accurate anyway. The only advantage is you can simply move the table back without raising the head.
