Thanks Drew - especially regarding your experience in its use. For machines that still have the tag, it reads just as Drew described it - "Pull out for L-R Climb Cutting...". This text seems to say that, when pulled out, the table is loaded to remove feed screw backlash when "pulling" hob table from Left to Right (from headstock to center). Is that how you see it?
