I'd give it a try.
If you look carefully at the base of the hob teeth you should be able to see the change in the standard rack tooth profile.
Looks like it's a left hand hob so remember this in your set up procedure.
Also the whole depth is based on the old 2.157/DP standard, rather than 2.25/DP, so check that you won't have any clearance issues with the mating gear.
