must fillet radii are specified as a minimum.
then it's upto the manufacture to make sure it
clears the form diameter.
in addition even thou the fillet is a curve it is
specified as an radii. & it's inspected as a radii.
the hob sometimes has to be special ordered
due to the addition of grind stock on the production parts.
