All right, guess i'll just add that i experimented a little. Using a module 1, 17-20 t disc cutter and depth of cut around 2.755 mm, i was able to get an almost perfect fit. Strange. Maybe I can grind down the cutter to get a lesser depth of cut and maintain the correct profile.
Anyway, can nobody define the spline spec, JIS or DIN or something?
