There isn't one. Because of the cash hobhead, every gear has to be calculated as if it were a slight helical, backwards from the effect of the shifting hobhead to generate a spur.
There was an option to lock out the hob shift but I never saw a machine that had it. If you have one, then it's a simple matter to figure the four-gear train to get your spur gear.
