The only difference between Class 1 & Class 2 are the Tooth Thickness's all diameters remain the same. Major Dia 1.546 / 1.541, Pitch Dia 1.500, Root Dia 1.421 / 1.410, Form Dia 1.4335, Base Dia 1.299.
Class 1 Tooth Thickness: max actual .0951, min actual .0938, max eff .0967, min eff .0954 the base tangent .8323 / .8313, wire dia .120 meas over wire's 1.6811 / 1.6792
Class 2 tooth thickness: max actual .0966, min actual .0953, max eff .0982, min eff .0969 the base tangent .8336 / .8325 and the meas over 120 wire's 1.6835 / 1.6815
