21T x 36T

Pitch = 4 MOD, 6.25 DP

Face Width = 1.125

RH Pinion

LH Gear

Offset=20mm, .787inch

Offset is "above center" based on RH pinion & pinion viewed right of center.

Oddly enough the problem of large pinion OD seems to occur with gear ratios (gear/pinion) less than 2. So far I've run into two sets: this one 36/21T ratio=1.7 and an 35/18T set ratio=1.9. These sets are borderline according to the Method's table where minimum ratio=2.

Is there a ratio limit to Hypoid method?
