Hi Shahzad,
The No.11 is like the No.22 formate machine with a few small differences.
1.Firstly, I assume that you are looking to finish crown wheels on the machine, correct?
2.On the finishing machine you set the blades in a Single Cycle cutter body. There is a gap between the first and the last blade which allows for indexing. Thus, the number of teeth there are is the number of times the cutter will rotate and your gear is finished.
3. I may have calculation sheets. Shall check and let you know in about 10 days.
4.Do you have the operating manual for the machine with you?
5.Send pictures of the machine and the cutters to my email address if you can - what diameter cutter are you using? Please put "Gleason No.11" in the subject heading to avoid the mail being sent to the spam folder.
If there is anything else you need, feel free to email me at gearight@gmail.com
