I have been advised by a Fellows tech. that there is a bad gear or keyway inside the saddle due to cutting thru 1" gap. I,ve cut several hundred of these parts (w/o gap), no problem. Chattering has progressively worsened.Thrust blocks seem okay. Manual shows approx. .300 spacing above and below part for 4" face.Noise heard at initial contact of cutter and part is now heard thruout cut. My thought is maybe cutter builds up too much force crossing 1" gap and has caused damage.Before these parts, was cutting 4" face 4140 5dp .300 depth no problem.
