I have a 615A with a lot of change gears but sometimes not enough. My Gleason 12 has almost a full set but they have 1.25 bores with keyways. Made an adapter with 3 blunted off set screws set at 120 degrees for the trilobe shaft and the outside is turned to 1.25 for the gleason gears. The greasons are held on with a snap ring. A close aproximation of the trilobe hole could be milled on a cnc. The points of the trilobe would be the endmill radius.
