Bill, I have done this forwards and backwards and this does not work in real life at the moment.

I have every calculation down and can even send them to you.

I used 15.625° specifically because of the rounding issue.
With 15.625°, the constand comes out to 35, almost exactly, out a number of decimal places.

I am willing to try more, but I've got parts to be made, as well and cannot ignore them much longer.

I'm really beginning to think that there is a reason that I've never come across anyone that has actually done this successfully in real life...

I just tried your feed adjustment and it is still not working.
