i want to know how to set Gears of index and feed, for Helical Gear the data of gear is.
Helical angle 15 degree
outer diameter 105 mm
no.of Teeth 27
module 3.5
P.A 20
my machine model and its constant Ratio is:
David Brown Muir MT 15
Index constant 27
