According to Martin Catalog, #50 sprocket, 5/8" pitch, .400 roller diameter, the caliper diameter should be 8.952", thus adding .800" (.400" + .400" rollers) the dimensions over pins should be 9.752" Note according to the Machinery Handbook, you may come up with a different result.
