Thanks for the replies. What do the extra letters and numbers in the model number of these machines mean such as "6A"? How would a 6 type differ from a 615? I probably don't need a machine this big. I need one to cut internal splines in tractor pulling transmission gears. I may also need it to cut an occassional cluster gear that prohibits the use of a hobber. Is a Fellows 7 bigger or smaller? How big of a gear would it make?
