Previous replies are correct- it is an odd CP bur the tooth depth you quote is exactly correct for a 3.4561 DP gear.
Based on this the addendum modification factor is .405 ( 0.117 shift).
With zero backlash the distance across 0.5" dia. pins is 29.280" and the base tan over 12 teeth is 10.300".
The tooth thickness at the PCD ( 0.409 from the o/d) is 0.540"
If you know the backlash required I will re-calculate when required.
