Reducing Hypoid Cutting Machine Setup Time???

I am working for a company which uses both manual type spiral bevel machines, and a new freeform CNC machine. Due to very small part lots (sometimes under ten parts), we currently we spend about as much time setting up as we do running parts. I am looking for reccomendations on reducing setup time and increasing setup accuracy/repeatability. Our current setups take just under an hour. I would greatly appreciate input from anyone with any ideas.
