Short answer is no. BUT, depending on the tolerance, you are probably safe to do so. Lets say your pin size is 3.105"/3.095" over .188 pins, you would be fine using .189 & .187 pins as long as you tighten you tolerance slightly to 3.103"/3.097" (just to be safe).
