We are making planetary gears from rolled pinion wire. After lathe operation we have minimized the burr from facing and sever. but, there is still a small burr left of the tooth to face edge. The burr is on the inside edge of the gear tooth. We are looking for a mass media way to deburr the gears. We have tried our vibratory units with very small media, but it has not worked. Gears are from .6" to 1.1" diameter and 24-32 and 16-21 DP's.
Anybody got a cure for this one
