I want to cut a rack in a fellows 6A machine. The number of teeth of the piņon is 20 teeth DP 10.
Can someone tell me which is the formula for calculate the change gear combinations?
I think that the formula would be
(number of teeth of the cutter x DP of the cutter x 3) / (number of teeth of the piņon (20) x DP of the piņon x 10)
Am I right?
