We now have a hypoid program in testing that you may be interested in. It doesn't use the Versacut method but uses a method classically used for No. 26, 16, and 116 machines.
If you would like to inspect a summary generated from this software, please send me your gear specs.
A demo version is available for download, but the licensed full-function version has not been publicly released yet.
