I can not understand pin meassurement of helix gears in dimensional way. I was trying to figure that out, but the result seems not right:
the contact point is on the tangent plan between tooth face and pin face, imaging the point is known, the tangent plan comes by tangent line of transversal involute and tangent line of helix curve on the point. next to define the transversal plan of pin, get the another point by another helix curve, the plan comes by two contact points and the point on axle of gear which in the middle of two contact points. so the problem seems solved for even number gear. for odd, search the intersect point of one pin transversal plan and another pin center helix like track.
But the formulas based on above, give me the result seems not right: I meassured pin meassurement of pinion and gear, but the center distance seems not right as they meshed with no backlash.
Anybody can help me to figure it out?

Thanks in advance
