I have a rotary Kiln of 3.5 mtr. dia & 50 Mtr lenth. I use to rotate it with the help of a Gearth Gear & a pinion.
Do you have any idea of the direction of rotation of the kiln with respect to the position of pinion, i.e. whether the pinion should lift the gears or should it be a pressing pinion.
