We are going to try to change our coating from TiN to TiAlN. We already have 16 shaper cutters made from M-4 Material, the last thing I want to do is change the base material of the cutter. This job has been a thorn in our side for months now, between cutter peel, flex, concentricity, and holding size. Anyone good with fixturing? Im thinking there has go to be a better way to hold this part.
