We make many tools for old parts like yours.
The old 14.5 does mean the PA of the gear now much more common is 20 PA.
The straight does mean a spur gear not a helical.
Most gears from that erra are standard gears and many are stup form ie the depth of the tooth is shallow to make the gears stronger.
