Working on a pump drive project that utilized a Morse HV816 chain drive (machine was built in the early 70's designed in the late 60's). As far as I'm aware the Morse chain and sprockets are no longer avalible and the only "interchangeable" product is Ramsey RPV Type 115.

note the Morse HV is different from silent chain as the tooth profile follows an involute profile for the Morse and Ramsey product line. And the information is proprietary so silent chain formula in the machinery handbook is no valid.

We had a set of sprockets cut using the following hob
Star USA #115 18 to 150T HVO-100-18 FL=85.45 LA=6 deg 12' WD=.6275 30deg (Topping Hob)

When assembling the pump drive we cannot achieve the center distance required to install the other sprocket.

Can anyone confirm some of the finished dimensions of the sprocket? or nuances of the product line... I have hear some discussion on the new vs old style which i think is the type 63 and type 61 Morse but have no information beyond that.

Measurement between pins on the drawing call for 0.780" Diameter pin. with measurement across pins being 8.743-8.734"
25T sprocket with a 1" C.P
