You can find software at this website that will produce all gear set blank dimensions and machine settings. It has extensive help built in, and you can download a demo which will produce a sample setup you can use to experiment with.
If you have a gear set in mind, Email me your dimensions (OD (approx), Pitch, Pressure Angle and teeth for each member)and I'll produce a summary for you.
