Is your spilne specified as N140x5x30x26? 30 means profile angle, 26 is number of teeth, N means it's internal. First you need to find out the profile shift or the addendum modification coefficient:

x=(dref-mz-1,1m)/(2m)
x=(140-5x26-1,1*5)/(2*5)=0,45

0,45 is typical for this standard.

The minor dia.
da=m(z+2x-0,9)=130 mm. The typical tolerance for flank centering would be H11, so 130+0,25

The major dia.
df=m(z+2x+1,1)=140 mm. The calculation of tolerance is a little bit more sophisticated here, but it's +1,17 mm.

Hope it helps.
