The gears you describe have non-standard centres so it is necesary to profile shift both. I have shifted each profile in inverse proportion to the tooth numbers and I have slightly topped both gears to maintain root clearance.
Addendum correction factors are .764 for the 23T and 0.500 for the 35T
I could if you wish change the helix angle to avoid profile shift. ( TO 33.19 DEGREES)
You do not quote a backlash tolerance so I have given you a single span and pin size but if you give me a backlash tolerance I will re-calculate.
I have e-mailed a full set of data.O/D, I/D, span, pin size etc.
