I have a problem the 630 Niles, the left hand tooth profile of the gears & pinions being ground produce a somewhat large flat on the side of the profile, the right hand side of the tooth flank being ground is perfect. I've done the necessary machine adjustments to the brakes, but this does not help, have also used diferent ram speeds and feed combinations. the slowest ram speed sometimes helps but this produces a poor finish on both sides of the teeth profile.
