We will need to find out more about the machine. Does your 122 Mikron have a differential? Have you cut spur gears, and therefore know the machine's Index Constant? Do you have an operators manual?
I never looked at a Mikron before, but I'm fairly certain its design is the same as for other manual hobbers that use index, feed, and (possibly) differential change gears.
The FAQ page here shows scant info about Mikron, but there are companies mentioned in the FAQ that sell used machine manuals, so that might be useful to you.
