As you can see from the data I posted, your spline is infact 10/20DP and not 1.25 module. I checked 1.25 mod for you and the diameters and circular space width don't add up.
Figuring out what the pressure angle and pitch is, of an involute form you're trying to reverse engineer, is much easier by measuring the base pitch rather than measuring across pins or the maj & min diameters. The base pitch can be measured with a simple set of verniers and as mentioned, will also confirm the pressure angle.
