I just figured out that the dimensions you posted are for the hub and not, as I assumed, the shaft.
I've copied and pasted the data into the reply to see how it would look posted.
If you have trouble making sense of it here it is in summery:

Splines to ANSI B92.1
Pitch = 20/40 DP
Class 5
Z = 32
Pressure Angle = 30 deg
Int maj diam = 42.355 +0.102
Int min diam = 39.370 +0.127
Int form diam = 42.012
Circ Space Width = 1.995 +0.076 +0.043
Base Tangent Span Between 6 Spaces = 20.933 - 20.962
Between 2.1946mm pins = 37.555 - 37.617
