How to calculate time on Shaping

Model 10 Barber Colman, What is the formula for calculating actual cycle time, per piece? I know that it has to do with OD of the cutter and part, also the strokes per minute, lenght of cut, and rotary feed. I know that I'm missing somthing! If you know the formula please let me know in detail.
