I am working on cnc hobbing machine (LC 150) Leibheer and the major defects that i came across are DFCE excess(Double Flank Composite Error ie0.045Microns Max) , Face/Lug Dents and step at root . My Question is - Is there any solution in order to decrease or eliminate the defects that occurs in CNC hobbing machine while manufacturing Gear ? Kaizen technique is also welcomed
If u think that the information given is insufficient to post an answer please ask me the questions ..
