If we define the operating diameters as the diameters where pure rolling occurs, then (CD std or modified):
RollingDiaPin=2 x CenterDist x NoTeethPin/(NoTeethPin+NoTeethGear)
RollingDiaGear=2 x CenterDist x NoTeethGear/(NoTeethPin+NoTeethGear)

StdCDxcos(StdTransvPA)=AnyCDxcos(RollingTrPA) (=PinBaseRadius+GearBaseRadius)

The operating (rolling) dia's are generally different from std pitch dia's+correction on dia's
