Normally the helical will increase a little bit before heattreatment. Wheather it will cause pin meassurement changing?
Sample: z1=15,z2=59,Dp=8,PA=20,beta=15,x1=0.25,x2=-0.25,dp=5.5(pin)
helical angle increased 3 mins. Let the modification efficient (x) unchanged, pin measurement of pinion increased 0.012, gear increased 0.045, center distance increased 0.028.
Whe changing the modification efficient, to get the pin measurement the same, center distance only differ 0.0028, can almost be ignored.
So I think the changing of helical angle because of heattreatment, will almost not change the value of pin measurement.
What do you think?
