Based on centre distance of 320, I calculate the followings:
Pinion Teeth 22,
Gear Teeth 65,
7 Module,
Calculated Helix Angle 17° 54’ 21”
Centre Distance Increment Factor: 0.0000119605001,
Working Pressure Angle: 20° 55’ 54”
Working Pitch Circle Diameter Pinion: 151.159
Working Pitch Circle Diameter Gear: 446.605

From the above dimensions gear OD is 492.161mm & pinion OD is 175.839mm.
The correction will be made in plus & minus coefficients. But I am little confused about calculation procedure of Sum of Coefficient. How it can be calculated & add in OD’s of both members as addendum modification?

The helix angle of 14 degree is measured .Considering this value, 7.139 module is best for 320 centre distance. But where modification of 0.139 will adjust while generating a gear set? Can it be calculated with 7.139 module or not?

This is a gear set of feed pump of UREA PLANT of Fertilizer Company. All I have is centre distance that is measured from gear assembly & a sample gear set.
