Dan has the right idea. Here are a few other names you might look into, besides Redin and Gratomat:
Cross
Yaleport
Wheelabrator
Mr Deburr
Seems like a lot of used Redin equipment is available. Just Google for "Redin Deburr".

For those with volume plastic deburring in mind, there is a company called New England Cryogenics that may be worth checking out.
