Yes and No

You can calculate a three wire Measurement Over Wires (Measure at near O.D., Pitch Dia & TIf
You would need a wire to locate on near the O.D., the Pitch Diameter, and T.I.F(True involute Dia), or Use a Inspection Fellows machine to verify the Involute, If you have the correct Norm. diametral Pitch, and Pressure angle , then the involute will
verify correct. that will be the correct DP & PA

Use an optical comp. or gear teeth gages to verify Pressure angle & pitch. ( rough verification)
use 1.92 / Diametral Pitch = (gear wire)
then measure MOW with these Pins.

Then check the Involute.
