CPC-RATIO is a general PC program to calculate change gears for decimal ratios. It has a number of options to control gear max sizes, reach, etc. and can use a constant to adapt to a particular machine's constant. You can read about it further and download a demo from this site.
I am not familiar with the thread relief function you mention. If you could send me some data on how thread relief is normally calculated (pages from manual, etc.) I would be glad to have a look at that. FAX is (919) 836-9096.
