Ki and Ke are factors described as the ratio of tooth thickness/space width change to the measurement over/between pins change. In other words, they will tell you (approximately) how much your measurement over pins will change if you decrease or increase your tooth thickness or space width. Or how much your tooth thickness or space width will change per change in measurement over or between pins.
